With the new pirate faction ship changes won't this create yet another income stream for null sec? With most of the end game ships/equipment coming from null sec how can it not be more lucrative to be there (assuming you're in a corp w/the support structure in place for you to earn the income you'd like)?
Pls stfu if u are an empire dweller that do not know anything about 0.0. I seen soo many empire dwellers past few days responding in area's they dont even have common sence about. Pls explain to me how someone in sov 0.0 has access to l4 npc missions agents that are only stationed in npc ststions in the npc regions...

Also, please let risk vs reward go. Risk is just a potential cost. A well run corp will have those costs factored in their budget.
So u are saying that every 0.0 has a little spare bag of isk that they use to replace ship losses in 0.0? Come down in deep 0.0 (esoteria as good example) and come do some npc missions in the BY-MSY outpost. I bet your back in empire before u even get to there.... its 50 jumps trough 0.0.
And no, corporation nor allainces do not replace pvp losses execpt maybe if they have an CTA ship replacement progrm. Since your a n****b i will explain what a CTA is. An CTA is an Call To Arms it means that every person that has time/effort to show up in a fleet must do that. CTA ship replacment programs only reimburs CTA Tech 1 ships. By my knowlage there is no single alliance that reimburse T2 ships except logistic's. Now check the killboard of any random alliance and u will see that most kill/losses are T2 ships. Maybe now u see why people are *****ing about the fact that L4 are to profitable comared to 0.0 and that in all the safety of empire.
Most 0.0 pvp'rs take the 200m ship costs for granted, they have emp alts that trade and make isk that way. Other pvp's dont have the braines to get into the trading businiss or whatever other way to make passive isk and need to grind isk on the hard way by ratting or exploring vs an 15-20 mil per hour reward. Thats with the risk of getting killed and lose your ship. And trust me it happends if your not carefull enough! Now wonder yourselve how fast u can blow up 200 mil in cruisers/recons or whatever t2 ship.

But acknowledge it's the playstyle not the sec you happen to be playing in.
So u are saying that its the way i play and its has nothing to do with the security of space were i do it... So u say that u can not get killed in 0.0 without your own stupidity..
Its true in some cases but wonder why and how u get there. To hold 0.0 u need to fight/defend/conquer it with your corporation and/or alliance. What good can people bring to a corp when they never even want to defend their space and dock up with the slightist sence of danger? We have names for such people, we call them carebears in my corp(yes this is an alt). We kick them out as soon as possible becasue they dont bring anything else to the corp/alliance except the greed to fill there wallet. Before u say why come they down to 0.0 to fill their wallet while its more riskfull and with more danger i will say now that the bear activities are way more fun than any L4 farming. I think i also answered your teamplay question with this. Defending/conquering space is a team job, sometimes fulltime for weeks in a row. The play style u discriped means u are docking up at the slightiest sence of danger and dont defend your space. If your not willing to do that or get in fleets with your corpmates/alliance mates u dont deserve it to be in 0.0 becasue u are living (read bearing) over the back of corpmates/alliancemates losses...

Nowhere in your rant to you even bother to even attempt to make income working with your corpmates.
Let me split out all the ways of making an income in 0.0 and add prices too them.
Mining, Mining abc (ark, bist crok) ores with a rorqual with bonusses in a belt brings in 25m per hour per member, and u need atleast an rorq pilot and atleast 3 people to mine to make it worth bringing out an roq.
Exploration, Exploration can be worth it sometimes but working toghter on a plex always means u need to split the rewards. The plexes that can not be done solo ar the prov HQ's military plexes and the 7/10 till 10/10. These plexes need atleast 3 hours to do inclusive scanning and doing them. The 7/10 and above u only get from escalation if u live in ****ty sov space (-0.08 true sec). The Hq's and military plexes are conciderd rare and there are only a few in each region to probe out every day. Note that there area where im living ateast 400 live. So the chance to actualty do them is very slim. The the 2 plexes have random rewards from 100 mil to 300 mil if u are very very lucky.
Ratting, Ratting in ****ty sov (all sov under -0.60) is like low sec belt ratting. u make an estamate of 15 mil per hour, thats without salvaging. Inclusive salavaging its around 20-25 mil, not that battleship spawns are very limmited in ****ty sov space and most u get are cruisers. Faction spaws can bring in an 100 mil or 200 mil if u are very lucky. I just want t say wit hthis that if u decide to salvage u need another character to salvage to be efficent. Compared to 2 charcters working on the same mission... well u get the point Belts ar not indeffinaly only 12 belts can support 1 ratter
Moonmining, Moonmining is only exlusive for corps/alliance directors since there are roles that u need witch are the same for disbanding the sov. So for sucurity rersons u can not as an sigle individual put up an tower. Moonming income is used to pay the concord allaicne bills and certain CTA replacement programs. Moonincome also get uses to buy allaicne/corp dreads to defend space and to build outpost for efficenter use of the space. Well thats uless your an big allliance that holds (read milking) 10's of dyspo moons and buy/build a load of titans form it.
Pvp is also in way of income, think about high sec ganking, Thats well worth the effort. It usualy pay out above the 80m per hour and its fun to creace tears under the carebears. I know alot of people that are doing it. If they need sec rep they go rat again.
